Mexico recently conducted a study that said if pot was legalized in the United States, the biggest losers would be the drug cartels. Really, they needed to do a study to figure that out? Where can I apply for one of those study grants because I aim to prove that if you pee into the wind, the biggest loser is the person peeing.
